Clients of this company are using this providers phone service to contact people for nefarious purposes. Block or don't answer. BBB has been made aware that individuals are receiving threatening phone calls allegedly from Iristel notifying them of a requirement to pay the Canada Revenue Agency owed funds. Got voicemail from some mystery caller saying I owed money (which I most definitely don't) and I should call back right away. Received calls of this type on other numbers with roughly the same wording and same inhuman sounding voice. SCAM. Don't call this toolbox; just block the number and forget about it.
