Sounds like a real human what is an automated message asks if you can hear them. And then once you respond it hangs up. Most likely trying to get you to say yes so it can record you and then splice your response two a financial scam of some sort they use this tactic to scam elderly. prob ten calls , my samsung keeps unblocking this number...today i answered it...in a strong voice i said why are you calling me constantly?....a girls voice...asian...said "why you yell?" and began singing,,,ofc i hung up and blocked again....very strange,,prob a phishing caller....no idea. would like to see if others have this caller harassing them.
