they are calling me with only 311 showing as incoming call and they leave a message saying i have been allegations against me and i need to contact them. i didnt respond they called the next day and said since i didnt answer they would contact myplace of employment.. said they have tried to reach out to me but unable to leave papers since i had to be present to sign. i know is a scam they wont leave the company they are calling from or who they represent.. if you call the number back goes to voicemail

Attacks with threats of federal action. When they call they do not leave a call back number in their messages. A serial or file number that is given once but not repeated. I called them back (@6262060585) and they offered NO information. It is some kind of scam. They claimed I had a credit card in the amount of over $1,400.00. ~ In 2012. [It is now 2019, right?] However, I do not use a credit card, now or then. I do use a debit card, but NOT a credit card. Using Debit cards is not illegal. But their call is. Hope this proves helpful. ********

5/3/2019 Recording said it was Costco. I let it finish and didn't press any button, and it hung up. I called back, and the regular cell phone-type recording came on to leave a message for the phone number, not a name or a business. I've gotten another "Costco" call just like it within the past week from a different number, but I think the same area code. Seems kind of scammy to me.

This guy goes by Ricardo zamudio Garcia dba Garcia construction company he says does construction is unlicensed contractor home owner beware he orders materials for construction and doesn’t pay couple weeks later home owner I had a lien on property beware don’t do business he does pay his workers either gets them from Home Depot

I received a message from this number saying I’d ordered something from Amazon, and they wanted me to set my delivery preferences. I have not ordered anything from Amazon. I believe this is a scam.

Sent me a text from (704)457-1664 "Your TIMESHARE resort may have a lawsuit pending and you may entitled to money back call me asap 6263456464 this is an important matter"
