Caller claims to be a police detective but does not identify what agency. He attempted to contact my son twice to extort money from him. He claims there is a criminal complaint and he just wants to talk about it. Threatens to issue an arrest warrant if you don't call back within a specified time. If you call outside that time you cannot leave a message because voicemail is not set up. Caller is not convincing as a police officer, but could deceive unwary victims.
