I began receiving calls from this number; sometimes back to back calls and maybe 10 times a day. 7 days a week calls come from this number. Finally today they left a voice mail on my phone. It stated that a complaint had been filed against me by another party and that if I did not call a Richard Seterra back at this number: I am going to be reported for NON-compliance.

total scam from a collection agency that buys out-of-statute debt and illegally threatens with legal action (not possible when out of statute, thus illegal to even mention it)

This number was the call back for a voicemail left on my phone. Apparently I had a "requested court appearance" from someone who works for "advocate services of ____ county" and she didn't know what the matter was for but left me that spam number so I could call and find out. Seems ridiculous. You can't summon someone to court through a phone voicemail.

This is a scammers number "Capital Curriours" saying you are going to be served to have weapons and large animals away and to let them know where to serve you! HA! I have worked with the courts long enough to know they don't call you and tell you when you are being served!

Got a pre - recorded message, finally a live person. I asked to be removed from the continuous (2-3 times / day) calling. Strike 2. Do not answer this call. It is a solicitation. Wayno

I knew this number was bogus. People are always trying to scam others out of their money. Pathetic, trifling money grubbing low lives.

This is a scam. They will call and threaten you with garnishment and/or legal action if you do not pay them a certain amount of money. They gather information about you to use to look legitimate. They scammed us out of $300 but I quickly realized something wasn’t right and put a stop to the payment.
