Received a missed call from this number. When I called the number back I got a recorded message stating I've reached their customer service line. The message also stated "our company" helps non-profits raise money, but never gave their company name. Scammers!!!

They call in silence and never speak a word then hang up.

I received a text message from this number with only a https:// link in the message. It was for for football information, nothing that I had requested or had interest in. I replied STOP but don't know if that will end messages from them.

Called and in the voicemail said nothing. Though I have a 916 number and no longer live in NorCal I get a lot of calls(automated, fake IRS etc) from 916 numbers that also share the same prefix. All weird and nerve wreaking.

This # 916-426-6322 called mom and said they were referred by her insurance co. When she would give them 150. 00 she was determined to send her information on dental ins. I called back and you get a voicemail for your name and number.
