When he sent me a cashiers check through fed ex his name was Robert Norton 19097 Cloister Lake Lane Boca Raton FL 33498. He sent me a check from Pike's Park National Bank. The check was fraudulent. This was wanting me to send money to his travel agency and meet whoever to give the computer to. He paid way over the amount I asked for my computer. If you come in contact with this number or any of these things start happening. Report him to authorities. He is a fraud.

When I picked up the phone it was a prerecorded message claiming that my company was being investigated for something and that this call was to verify our information. At first I didn't realize it was prerecorded because it just sounded like a mean aggressive man but when I demanded he identify himself and he just kept talking I knew it was a fishing scam.

I saw on another forum that it was Sierra Club, which I was a member of last year. I called back, got an automated message and was able to ever my number to be removed from their list. Since I had given my number to them, contacting them directly is the only way to remove my number from their list- the FTC DNC list doesn't apply in instances like this.
