This phone number is a scam! these people call all your relatives when i called the number some guy answered and asked me for a docket number and i said i didnt have one. I gave him my name and he said there was nothing on me? he asked me to spell it and while i was in the middle of spelling it he hung up!!! total scam!!!

866-919-5820 called and said they were from Duke Energy and were shutting off my power in 30 minutes unless I made payment over the phone. However, I don't have Duke and my bills are paid. I googled their number which is not Duke. When I told the that fact they hung up the phone.

DEFINITELY A SCAM. There are several people at this number claiming to be from different water and power companies. They say your bill is past due and that your water and power will be turned off that day unless you go to a CVS, Albertsons or anywhere with a Western Union to send them cash. They asked me for $505. So far they have claimed to be "Dayton Power and Light" and "Jersey Central Power and Light." They are criminals trying to get your money. Big shame on them.
